Auch mich hat es damals, 2008, das erste Mal hierher verschlagen. Damals habe ich noch mehr Fanfiction geschrieben als heute, und mit einer kleinen Unterbrechung von 2018 bis 2020 war diese Seite immer fester Bestandteil meines Lebens.<\/p>\n<p>Zwar schreibe ich immer noch Fanfictions (im Moment im Bereich Herr der Ringe\/Hobbit und One Piece), aber <strong>2018<\/strong> wurde pl\u00f6tzlich etwas anderes wichtiger: Die <strong>Idee zu meinem ersten eigenen Roman<\/strong>. Der hat sich dann schnell zu einer ganzen <strong>Trilogie<\/strong> und einer <strong>Kurzgeschichtensammlung<\/strong> ausgewachsen und im <strong>September 2023<\/strong> ist der <strong>erste Band<\/strong> dann <strong>bei Books on Demand<\/strong> erschienen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ihr euch also f\u00fcr <strong>historische Romane<\/strong> interessiert, in denen trockene <strong>Geschichtsfakten mit ein bisschen Fantasy<\/strong> gew\u00fcrzt sind, dann k\u00f6nntet ihr bei \u201e<strong>Indian Gods<\/strong>\u201c richtig sein. Begleitet meine chaotische Truppe auf einer Reise quer durch Indien und probiert exotisches Essen, schlendert \u00fcber bunte M\u00e4rkte und wenn ihr Gl\u00fcck habt, d\u00fcrft ihr sogar einen Tiger hinter den Ohren kraulen, wie h\u00f6rt sich das an?<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich w\u00fcrde ich mich als Autorin wahnsinnig freuen, wenn ihr das Buch kauft, lest, rezensiert und all euren Freund*innen davon erz\u00e4hlt, denn jedes verkaufte Buch kann uns Autoren ja nur guttun, nicht wahr?<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; KLAPPENTEXT &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Indien, 1857 &#8211; Die indische Bev\u00f6lkerung beginnt, sich gegen die britische Besatzer-Herrschaft zu wehren. John H. Sterling, Lieutenant beim 97th Regiment of Foot, wird mit seiner Einheit nach Indien versetzt, um die Aufst\u00e4nde niederzuschlagen. Gleich bei seiner Ankunft wird er eindr\u00fccklich gewarnt: Vor Mataji, einer jungen Inderin, von der die Dorfbewohner sagen, sie k\u00f6nne mit Tieren sprechen, und vor einem Geist, der mordend durch die D\u00f6rfer im Umkreis wandern soll. Trotz der Warnungen setzt John sich f\u00fcr die junge Frau ein und bekommt schon bald die Konsequenzen zu sp\u00fcren. Kaum hat er zaghaft begonnen, sich in der Fremde zurechtzufinden, da \u00fcberschlagen sich die Ereignisse und er findet sich unversehens auf einer Reise quer durch Indien wieder, um einen uralten Bann zu brechen. Gelingt es ihm, k\u00f6nnte er Frieden nach Indien bringen.
